Officer Smith with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department conducted a traffic stop on Wednesday, July 28th at approximately 12:50 in the afternoon at the Speedway Gas Station in LaPaz.
After an investigation David Rhoades, 32, of Plymouth was arrested for Possession of Cocaine or Narcotic Drug and Unlawful Possession of a Syringe.
David Rhoads was lodged in the Marshall County Jail on a cash bond of $1,500.
