MugShot_james hoover 5-2-21A Warsaw man was arrested by Plymouth Police on Saturday, May 1st following a traffic stop.

About 9:30 in the morning Officer Enyart conducted a traffic stop on North Michigan Street in the Duke of Oil parking lot.  The vehicle that was operated by 40-year-old James Hoover.

Hoover held a suspended Indiana driver’s license and upon further investigation was placed under arrest for possession of marijuana and methamphetamine.

James Hoover was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $1,500 cash bond that was paid about 2 hours later.  He was released with an initial hearing in Marshall Superior Court II on June 1st.
