mug_Hurt, James 3-2021On Saturday, March 20th at 7:35 P.M. Marshall County Deputy Wozniak initiated a traffic stop at the BP Gas Station in Argos.

During the investigation Deputy Wozniak located approximately 3 grams of methamphetamine and 6 grams of marijuana in the vehicle along with drug paraphernalia.

The driver of the vehicle identified as 47 year old James M. Hurt of North Judson was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was held on the charges of Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Paraphernalia with bond set at $1,505.
