mug_tiffany woodard 3-2021Tuesday afternoon just after 1:00 P.M. Officer Arnold with the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle stopped in the Economy Inn parking lot.
During the course of the traffic stop the passenger with in the vehicle identified as 30 year old Tiffany Woodard of Plymouth was taken into custody on the charge of Possession of a Narcotic Drug.
Woodard was transported to the Marshall County Jail where she was held on a $1,505 bond.

mug_scott lynn davis 3-2021Later that night at 6:57 P.M. Officer Arnold observed a vehicle getting onto the westbound ramp for US 30 from North Michigan Street.
Officer Arnold conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle and identified the driver as 57 year old Scott Davis of Plymouth who was found to be Operating a Vehicle while Intoxicated with Endangerment.
Davis was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was held on a $1,505 bond. He was released the next day after posting bond and was given a Marshall County Superior II court date of April 13th.
