Tomorrow, Wednesday, November 11th, the American Legion, VFW and DAV will again host a Veteran’s Day ceremony on the Marshall County Courthouse lawn. The program is scheduled to start at 11:00 am. This year, Assistant Police Chief Mark Owen will be the keynote speaker. Mark served with the United States Air Force from November 1988 until November 1992.
Pastor Tom Anders from the Plymouth Church of the Brethren will lead the event with prayer and Mayor Mark Senter will be honoring our men and women who have bravely served.
Everyone is invited to attend to honor our Veterans. During the ceremony, Center Street east of the Courthouse and Jefferson Street south of the Courthouse will be closed. Please be courteous of other attendees by wearing a mask and maintaining social distancing guidelines.
