Marshall County Officer Wozniak initiated a traffic stop on a white 2002 Ford Explorer in the area of US 30 and State Road 331. During the course of the investigation, the registered owner identified as 25 year old Solomon Newcomb of Rochester provided a false name. He was found to have a felony warrant through Fulton County and was taken into custody.
The driver of the vehicle identified as 25 year old Destiny Hattabaugh of Ft. Wayne was also found to have an active warrant through Miami County.

 
mug_shot destiny hattabaughNewcomb was found to be in Possession of Methamphetamine, Paraphernalia and Marijuana after he attempted to conceal it in his pants. Mr.Newcomb was taken to the Marshall County Jail where he was held on charges of Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Marijauana, Possession of Paraphernalia and False Informing and was held for his active warrant. Hattabaugh was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held for Miami County.
