jail overcrowdingOn Friday, September 4th at 2 a.m. Plymouth Police Officers were dispatched to Red D Mart at 310 North Michigan Street for a female advising she had just been battered by her boyfriend and he had taken her phone.

After an investigation by Officer Miller 31 year old Tyler Garrison Humphrey of Plymouth was located and placed under arrest for charges of Domestic Battery, Strangulation and Criminal Confinement.
