MugShot_alex rhodes 2-3-20On Sunday, February 2nd at approximately 10:00 P.M. Marshall County Sheriff’s Officer Ayala responded to the 400 block of French Street in Tyner in reference to a male and female involved in a physical altercation. Arriving on the scene Officer Ayala located 21 year old, Alex R. Rhodes of Bremen in a camper at the residence with his daughter. Rhodes was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked on Domestic Battery in the presence of a minor and or a child and Domestic Battery Resulting in Bodily Injury to a pregnant female and held on a $1,505 bond. Due to the Nature of the charges Rhodes was held on a 24 hour mandatory hold prior to being eligible to post bond. He was released the next day after posting bond.
