Marshall County Sheriff Matt Hassel presented the County Commissioner with his annual contract for service during their meeting Monday morning.
County attorney Jim Clevenger said the contract is identical to previous years except for the compensation. This year’s annual salary will be $89,525.80.
The Marshall County Commissioners authorized commission president Kevin Overmyer to sign the agreement. The County Council will consider the sheriff’s contract during their meeting on Monday, January 13th.
