HeroinPlymouth Police Officers were dispatched to 1628 West Jefferson St., Family Express for a report of a subject sleeping in a car on Tuesday, December 24th about 2 a.m.

Officers arrived on scene and located several indications of drug use and two subjects sleeping inside the vehicle.

It was later discovered that the driver 27 year old Joseph Vela of Plymouth was operating a vehicle while intoxicated and in possession of heroin.

The passenger, 36 year old Joseph Huston also of Plymouth was also in possession of heroin.

Both subjects were later arrested and transported to the Marshall County Jail.
