On Wednesday, December 18th, just after 11 AM Marshall County Police Officers along with Argos Police Officers responded to 14725 Juniper Road for a domestic disturbance.
After an investigation by Officer Smith it was determined that 26 year old Travis Whaley of the Juniper Road address had battered his significant other in the presence of their child.
Travis Whaley was lodged in the Marshall County Jail for Domestic Battery in the presence of a minor, a level 6 felony. He was given a cash bond of $1,500.
Marshall County Officers were assisted by Argos PD.
