Officer Arnold with the Plymouth Police Department arrested an Elkhart woman on Friday, November 1st after a traffic stop.
About 9:45 at night, Officer Arnold stopped a vehicle near North Michigan Street and Klinger Street. The driver, 33 year old Sarah Popi was arrested on an outstanding through Miami County. She was incarcerated at the Marshall County Jail on a hold for Miami County.
