48 year old Michael A Winters of Las Vegas was stopped for a traffic violation Wednesday night about 9:45 at South Michigan and Williams Streets by city police.
During the investigation if was found that Winters was intoxicated. He was taken for a chemical test and tested over three times the legal limit.
Officer Gilmer transported Michael Winters to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in for Operating While Intoxicated and operating while intoxicated with a prior offense within 5yrs. He was held on a $4,500 cash bond.
