Drug ArrestsOn Saturday, September 14th, at 2:50 AM, Officer Wozniak with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department initiated a traffic stop in the area of Oak and Markley Drives.

During the traffic stop, Officer Wozniak utilized his canine partner Irok on the vehicle and he showed a positive indication of narcotics.

MugShot_Guffey,JosephA probable cause search of the vehicle resulted in the findings of a small bag of MDMA, commonly know as Molly or Ecstasy. The driver, 40 year old Joseph A. Guffey of Nappanee was taken to the Marshall County Jail for possession of a narcotic drug and held on a $1,500 cash bond.
