Drug ArrestsOfficer Arnold with the Plymouth Police Department responded to a medical call in the parking lot of the Hacienda Tuesday night just before 11 for a motorist slumped over.

Arriving on scene the officer found a female seated in the driver’s seat.  She was identified as 23 year old Maeve Concannon from North Liberty.   The male in the front passenger seat was identified as 59 year old Danny Litteral of Plymouth.

After an investigation Concannon was arrested for possession of heroin and Litteral was arrested for possession of a legend drug. They were incarcerated at the Marshall County Jail on $1,500 cash bonds.
