Warrant arrestOn Friday, August 30th Officer Krynock with the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop just before 7 p.m. on a vehicle being driven by 33 year old Thomas J. Slattery. Slattery was found to have an active warrant for his arrest.  He was taken in to custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $2,000 cash bond for Contempt of Court.

They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
