Officer Arnold with the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle near the intersection of Michigan Road and Ridgeview Drive on Thursday, August 8th about 12:30 in the morning.
After an investigation 22 year old Khristina M. Rowe of Plymouth was arrested for operating while intoxicated on a controlled substance with a juvenile passenger.
Rowe was incarcerated at the Marshall County Jail.
