The Plymouth School Board approved restructuring some responsibilities with the administration staff at the central office. Superintendent Andy Hartley told the board members that the position of Director of Quality Programs would be eliminated; however, an addition of secretarial support would be needed.

Brooke Busse, who had held the Director of Quality Programs , accepted the principal position at Webster Elementary during the July meeting. Hartley indicated in the August meeting that the responsibilities of the now eliminated position will be covered by Assistant Superintendent Jill VanDriessche. He went on to say that administrative tasks support would be necessary to maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, particularly those associated with grants.

Hartley suggested renaming the “assistant executive secretary” position to “business office assistant” to reflect the job’s responsibilities. Base pay for the newly formed position will be $17-$22 per hour.
