Officer Arnold with the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the parking lot of Comfort Suites Inn Tuesday morning, August 6th about 12:45.
After a brief investigation the driver, 37 year old Adam Risner of Winamac was arrested for Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Heroin, Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of a Narcotic Drug, and Dealing in Cocaine.
Risner was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held with NO BOND.
