Marshall County Highway Superintendent Jason Peters presented a supplemental agreement for the King Road Bridge (73) Replacement Project during the Commissioner’s meeting on Monday.
While conducting the preliminary ecological study archaeological findings were located. These findings which Commissioner Delp said included some arrowheads and bowls have caused the project to conduct additional excavation at a cost of $30,000 and $7,000 for the administration of the study.
The supplemental agreement is with USI Consulting and will be part of the 80/20 split for the county.
