MugShot_Wagers, EthanAbout 11 p.m. on Thursday, July 11, Marshall County Police responded to an unknown problem at a residence located near Rose Road and Lincoln Highway.

As officers arrived on the scene a male subject took off on foot from the residence.

While investigating the incident, it was reported to Officer Bennett that the male subject who left the scene had unlawfully entered the residence and battered the victim in the presence of children under the age of fourteen.

The suspect was identified as 25 year old Ethan Wagers of Plymouth.  He was located around 3:00 a.m. on Thursday morning at a residence in the area of King Road and US 30.  Wagers was arrested and booked into the Marshall County Jail for Domestic Battery in the presence of a child under fourteen, Invasion of Privacy, Residential Entry, and Trespassing and held on a $3,000 cash bond.
