Plymouth Police Stg. Joe Deisch was dispatched to conduct a welfare check on a subject at 2505 North Oak Drive, Walmart on Wednesday, May 29th at 6 p.m.
After an investigation, 29 year old Zachary A. Cunningham of Bourbon was taken into custody and lodged in the Marshall County Jail for Public Intoxication on a $500 cash bond.
