news handcuffA Bremen man is in the Marshall County Jail after city police arrested him on Saturday evening for driving after being judged a Habitual Traffic Violator and for Theft.

Plymouth Police were dispatched to Murphy Gas station at 2505 North Oak Drive for a male that had stolen gas on numerous occasions and was back at the gas pumps.

Officer Chad Beatty arrived as the male drove off without paying for fuel again.  The suspect, 50 year old James L. Rodgers was stopped in the Showland parking lot and taken into custody for Driving after being judged a Habitual Traffic Violator and for the Theft of gas.

Rodgers was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $3,000 cash bond.
