On Thursday morning, April 18th police officers with the UNIT (undercover narcotics investigation team) executed a search warrant at 9091 King Road. During the search officers seized suspected marijuana, a handgun and U.S. currency. A small child was removed from the home.
22 year old Dylan Bender and 22 year old Jessica Bender were lodge in the Marshall County Jail for Dealing in Marijuana, Neglect of a Dependent and Maintaining a Common Nuisance.
The Benders were each held on $1,500 cash bonds. They both posed bond on the afternoon of the 18th and were released with initial court hearing in Marshall Superior Court II on May 14th.
