shopliftersPlymouth Police Units were dispatched to JC Penney in the Pilgrim Place Shopping Center last Wednesday, March 13th for a report of theft.

About 1:45 in the afternoon, two males were observed leaving the store with unpaid merchandise.

The males were located by Officer Ray West who then conducted an investigation.

It was determined that 32 year old Samuel Menefee of Plymouth was the one involved in the theft.  He was arrested without incident, and lodged in the Marshall County Jail on Class A Misdemeanor of retail Theft under $750.
