owi-arrestFriday evening, March 15th, about 8:45 Plymouth officers were called to Dollar General in the Kroger Plaza for a female slumped over at the wheel in a vehicle in the parking lot.

45 year old Any R. Fansler of Plymouth was found in the vehicle by Officer Krynock.   After being cleared by Plymouth EMS it learned that she was impaired under the influence of medication. Fansler was transported to the St. Joseph ER for a chemical test and then lodged in the Marshall County Jail on a $1,500 cash bond.

 

Sunday, March 17th, Alisha A. Ross, a 30 year old from Plymouth was stopped on a traffic stop in the alley near the 300 block of North Street by Officer Arnold with the Plymouth Police Department.    After an investigation, Ms. Ross was arrested and incarcerated at the Marshall County Jail for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a previous conviction.  She was held on a $1,500 cash bond that was paid on March 18th at 5:10 p.m. and released with a April 23rd court date in Marshall Superior Court II.
