The Marshall County Council will meet Monday, March 11th at 9 a.m. in the second floor meeting room of the County Building.
Sheriff Matt Hassle will be discussing the job classifications for the captain, chief jailer and communication supervisor. He will also request a waiver of the 90% probation pay for a new employee.
County Highway Supervisor Jason Peters and County Commissioner Stan Klotz will present their plan for highway work. Klotz said during the commissioners meeting last Monday, “I think we have a handle on his revenues for this coming year. I’d like to see what we can do to increase his road plan.”
Ward Byers from Community Corrections is requesting approval to apply for a grant and the council will consider the usual additional and transfer requests.
The meeting is open to the public although, questions and comments from the public are limited to the first order of business.
