Marshall County Sheriff Matthew Hassel welcomed new Deputy Blake Bennett who was sworn in Wednesday by Marshall County First Deputy Clerk Darlene Marquardt.
Blake is a graduate of the Culver Military Academy and Indiana University South Bend where he received a Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Criminal Justice.
Blake is married to Hannah and they have two children. Blake graduated from the Indiana Law Enforcement Academy in 2016 and served the Town of Culver as a Police Officer for 2 1/2 years.
