warrant-arrest43 year old Jose L. Torres of Plymouth was reporting to the Marshall County Probation Department on Tuesday, March 5th when he was taken into custody.

The Plymouth Police report prepared by Officer John Weir states that Torres had an active warrant for his arrest out of St. Joseph County.

Torres was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held until St. Joseph County police could pick him up and transport him north.
