MugShot_zachary ballard3-2-19A Lakeville man was arrested on Saturday, March 2nd just before 1 in the morning.

Officer Wozniak with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Dept. initiated a traffic stop on a black 2005 Pontiac passenger car in the area of 1st Road and Oak Road.

The driver of the vehicle, 21 year old Zachary K. Ballard was found to be under the influence of alcohol.  He was taken to Plymouth Hospital for a certified test and showed to be almost two times the legal limit of alcohol.

Ballard was booked into the Marshall County Jail and processed for operating a vehicle with a BAC of .08 or more.  His cash bond was set at $1,500.
