MugShot_david semonOn Saturday, March 2nd at 3:55 PM, Officer Rans with the Marshall County Sheriff’s department initiated a traffic stop on US 30 east of King Road for a speeding vehicle.

 

The driver, identified as 24 year old David W. Semon Jr. of North Webster was found to be operating a vehicle while intoxicated and endangering a person and transported to the Marshall County Jail. He was lodged on a $1,500 cash bond and given a March 12th court date.
