Plymouth Police Officer Ray West was dispatched to the Marshall County Probation Department Monday morning, February 25th about 10 for a client who had an active warrant.
23 year old Jacob L Hearn of Sharpsville, IN was arrested for a probation violation and held with NO BOND.
