arrested_handcuffsOfficer Steve DeLee with the Plymouth Police Department was dispatched to the Marshall County Probation Department on Friday, February 1st at 11:15 a.m. for a male with warrants.

He transported 42 year old Troy Stepp of South Bend to the Marshall County Jail without incident and held him until Elkhart County could pick him up for warrants for Fraud and Theft through their county.
