PoliceHandcuffsOn Thursday, January 24th Plymouth Police Officer Ray West received information that 50 year old Kelley Rowe of Plymouth was a passenger in a vehicle in the Kroger parking lot.

Rowe had an active Burglary Warrant out of Starke County.  Officer West located the vehicle and Kelley Rowe was arrested without incident on the warrant.  She was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on the warrant for Starke County.
