Plymouth Police Officer David Finn was dispatched to 1800 North Oak Drive, Michiana Behavioral Health for a reported male that was causing a disturbance.
After an investigation, 27 year old Joshua Ryan Odell of Portage was arrested for Public Intoxication. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $500 cash bond .
