MugShot_william bollenbacherOn Sunday, January 13th, Marshall County Police were dispatched to a suspicious vehicle at Fir and 8th Roads about 4:15 in the morning. 

It had been reported to Central Dispatch that the vehicle had been driving all over the roadway and ended up in the ditch.

Arriving on the scene, officers found the male victim in the back seat who had been involved in a physical altercation with his brother, 36 year old William Bollenbacher of Plymouth, who had left the scene.

Officers located William Bollenbacher a short distance from the scene where he was taken into custody.

The victim was treated and released at Plymouth Hospital for his injuries.
