Warrant arrestLast Thursday on January 3rd Plymouth Police Officers arrested three individuals on warrants.

At approximately 5:10 PM 43 year old Andrew Kirby of Plymouth was arrested at his residence in an apartment at 225 North Michigan Street.   Kirby was arrested an outstanding Indiana State Parole Board warrant. Mr. Kirby was incarcerated at the Marshall County Jail with NO BOND.

56 year old Gerald R. Donohue of 408 West LaPorte Street was arrested by Sergeant Deisch at 5:45 p.m. on Thursday.  He was lodged in the Marshall County Jail on an active Indiana Parole warrant for a probation violation.  He too was held with NO BOND.

About 6:20 PM Thursday afternoon, Officer Arnold located 29 year old Tyler Harris at his residence at 810 North Walnut Street.  Harris was wanted on two outstanding Marshall County warrants for Failure to Appear.  Harris was incarcerated at the Marshall County Jail on cash bonds of $331 and $755.

 

Listeners and readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
