Impared DrivingPlymouth Police Officers arrested 3 people during the Christmas holiday season….

On Friday, December 21st at approximately 10:20 PM Plymouth Police Officer Jerrid Arnold conducted a traffic stop in the parking lot of the Shell Station at 2405 North Michigan Street.  The driver of the vehicle, 21 year old Aaron Hall was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Mr. Hall was incarcerated at the Marshall County Jail for Operating with a BAC of .15% or more and held on a $1,500 cash bond.

Saturday morning, December 22nd, about 3:15, Plymouth Police Officer Wally Derifield stopped to check on a vehicle stop in the roadway on North Michigan Street.  This vehicle check resulted in the arrest of 43 year old Jamie L. Hall of Plymouth being incarcerated in the Marshall County Jail for Operating a Vehicle on a Controlled Substance.  He was lodged in the County Jail on a $1,500 cash bond.

Plymouth Police Officer Chris Miller conducted a traffic stop early on Christmas morning on suspicion of an impaired driver. After brief investigation, 43 year old Eliseo Gonzolez of Bremen was transported to Marshall County Jail and booked in for Operating with a BAC of .15% or more.  He was held on a $1,500 cash bond.

Listeners and readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
