Early Thursday morning, December 13, the Marshall County Sheriff`s Department obtained a 911-emergency call of two adult brothers fighting in the 900 block of South Main Street in Culver and one of the brothers had a knife.
Officers from the Marshall County Sheriff`s Department responded to the residence and separated the brothers.
During the investigation, 22 year old Andrew Stanish was arrested for Disorderly Conduct and Intimidation. He was lodged in the Marshall County Jail on a $750 cash bond.
20 year old Charles Stanish was arrested for Illegal Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor and Disorderly Conduct. He was booked into the jail on a $500 cash bond.
Stg. Les McFarland will complete a case report and forwarded it to the Marshall County Prosecutor`s Office for review.
