Drug ArrestsOn Sunday, December 9th at approximately 9:45 in the evening, 26 year old Kaiya Turner of Benton Harbor was stopped by city police on a traffic stop near the intersection of North Michigan and Klinger Streets.

After an investigation by Officer Arnold, Ms. Turner was arrested for OWI on Controlled Substance with a juvenile passenger, Resisting Law Enforcement, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of a Legend Drug, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Marijuana, and Dealing in Methamphetamine.

Ms. Turner was incarcerated at the Marshall County Jail with NO BOND.
