On Thursday, November 29th at approximately 10:50 in the evening Marshall County deputies were dispatched to Ancilla College for a reported battery.
After an investigation it was discovered that 18 year old Tycen Ogden of Bryan, OH had battered a fellow male student.
Ogden was arrested at the scene and lodged in the Marshall County Jail for a charge of Battery. He was held on a $1,500 cash bond.
