19 year old Jarred Hurford of Plymouth was arrested early Sunday morning, October 28th following a single vehicle crash at Jefferson Street and Oak Drive.
Plymouth Police were dispatched to the intersection where a vehicle struck the large Dairy Queen sign at the corner.
Hurford was incarcerated in the Marshall County Jail for minor consuming.
