Early Wednesday, October 31st the Plymouth were dispatched to room 248 at the Economy Inn on North Michigan Street for a domestic disturbance.
About 3:30 in the morning, Plymouth Police Stg. Tim Taberski responded and began an investigation of the alleged incident. 34 year old Jillian J Gibbs of North Liberty was taken into custody for domestic battery in front of a child.
Gibbs was transported to the Marshall County Jail. During the intake procedure the jail matron located a small plastic baggy containing a white powder believed to be methamphetamine.
Jillian Gibbs was incarcerated for the charges of Domestic Battery and Possession of Methamphetamine and held on a $1,500 cash bond.
