Corporal Bob DeLee with the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle at Michigan and Plymouth Goshen Trail Saturday afternoon about 4:15.
The driver, 70 year old Daniel Milner of Plymouth was arrested for OWI with a BAC of .08% or more.
