Officer Jerrid Arnold with the Plymouth Police Department arrested a 24 year old Plymouth woman on Friday night after a traffic stop at Western Avenue and North Street.
Just before 11 Officer Arnold stopped Devorha Vargas and found her to be intoxicated. Ms. Vargas was lodged in the Marshall County Jail for Operating While Intoxicated and Driving While Suspended with a prior. She was held on a $1,500 cash bond.
