MugShot_Ronnie McNealOn Tuesday, October 9th, about 10:45 at night, the Marshall County Sheriff`s Department received a call of a property damage accident in the area of 11th Road and Olive Trail. 

County Officers went to the location and spoke with the witness.  The alleged vehicle involved left the scene of the accident and Officers McFarland and Wozinak followed a trial of leaking fluid from the vehicle to a residence on Aubrie Lane in Plymouth.

Sergeant Les McFarland made contact with the vehicle and driver and while speaking with the driver, 47 year old Ronnie Lee McNeal of Plymouth, it was believed that he was intoxicated. 

Ronnie L. McNeal was transported to the hospital for a chemical test and results show he tested three time above the legal limit. 

McNeal was arrested for Leaving the Scene of a Property Damage Accident along with Operating While Intoxicated and held in the jail on a $1,500 cash bond.
