MugShot_Rauen, Robert IIOfficer Paul Stamper with the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop on Wednesday, October 3rd that resulted in the arrest of a Plymouth man.

Just before 3 o’clock in the morning 32 year old Robert Rauen II was stopped on West Jefferson Street between North Oak Drive and Eight Street.  During the traffic stop Rauen was found to be Operating a vehicle While Intoxicated.  He was lodged in the Marshall County Jail on a $3,000 cash bond.
