Warrant arrestMonday afternoon, September 17th at approximately 4:45 Plymouth Police Officer Jerrid Arnold arrested 35 year old Paul A. Williams at his residence on an outstanding warrant.

Mr. Williams was incarcerated at the Marshall County Jail for the Failure to Appear warrant and held with NO BOND.

 

28 year old Anthony H. Johns of Bedford, IN was located in a vehicle at Long John Silvers by Plymouth Officer Krynock on Monday evening just before 7.

Johns  had three felony warrants for his arrest. He was taken in to custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail and held without bond for a Failure to Appear warrant and to Criminal Contempt warrants.  He was held with NO BOND.

They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
