The call of a possible impaired driver Wednesday night, August 22nd sent Marshall County Sheriff`s Deputies to the northern part of the county.
Officer Les McFarland located the suspect in the 100 block of South Street in LaPaz.
52 year old Janet L. Robinson of Walkerton was believed to be intoxicated. Robinson was taken to the hospital for a chemical test and later arrested for Operating While Intoxicated and Public Intoxication.
The cash bond for Janet Robinson was set at $1,500.
