Thursday afternoon just before 1, Bremen Police Officer Jesse Pippenger conducted a traffic stop in the parking lot of Casey’s Gas Station at 1436 West Plymouth Street.
The driver, 27 year old Mikal A. Lopez of Bremen was arrested on a warrant and additional charges of Possession of Marijuana, a Controlled Substance, Paraphernalia, Methamphetamine, a Legend Drug and Resisting Law Enforcement.
Mikal Lopez was lodged in the Marshall County Jail on a $20,000 cash bond plus an additional bond of $1,500 for the new charges.
